parents (or) scared?

the question is...how do you deal with parents who are just a few years older than yourself? how do you deal with parents who expect you to be the best teacher for their student when really, you're just trying to figure things out as you go along?? the question is...how do you talk to a parent about a misbehaving child when your own instruction is not tight and has small gaps and gives students chances to be rowdy and misbehave?
